Ronald Curtis is a premier custom home builder with an extensive amount of experience. His custom homes, many of timeless styles, have been built in the Williamsburg area.
Ronald Curtis first became involved in Williamsburg’s custom building industry when, after working as an engineer for nine years, he built his own home in Kingsmill. Building since 1975, he has built over 400 custom homes in Kingsmill, Ford’s Colony, Governors Land, Port Anne, Greensprings, Stonehouse, Holly Hills and others. He has also been involved in the development of the communities of Counselors Close, Piney Creek Estates, Settlers Mill, and Longhill Woods.
Ronald Curtis has been successful for many reasons. The primary reason is that he and his staff are customer oriented. They are willing to work with the customer on the design and details to achieve what their client wants in their new home. This requires designing and building their new custom home on time and within their budget. When Ronald Curtis Builders begins a project, they’re not just building a home for their client, they’re building a relationship.
Ronald Curtis is a member of the Peninsula Home Builders Association and past member of the James City County Board of Building Adjustments and Appeals.
